Rules for Using the Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on or using any feature of the b444 platform — whether through the website at b444.vin, the b444 App on Android or iOS, or any related service — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and b444 (the platform operator). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and should not register an account.

Using b444 after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. b444 recommends that players check this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

2. Eligibility

To use b444, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. b444 is strictly an adults-only platform and operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gaming.
• You must be accessing and using the platform for your own personal entertainment only, not on behalf of another person or entity.
• You must be a real, individual person — companies, trusts and other entities may not register player accounts.
• You must not be acting as an agent for a third party or holding any funds in your b444 account on behalf of another person.
• You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary restriction that would prohibit your use of an online gaming platform.

b444 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be voided and any balance remaining in the account will be returned to the relevant payment method where technically possible.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one b444 account. Registering duplicate accounts — whether using different names, different phone numbers or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

Registration Details

When creating your account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full legal name, a valid phone number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure without notice.

Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your b444 login credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. b444 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account or that your credentials have been compromised, contact b444 support immediately so that your account can be secured.

Account Verification

b444 may require players to complete identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at various points, including before processing a withdrawal, after reaching certain deposit thresholds, or as a routine security check. You agree to cooperate with any verification requests and to provide genuine, unaltered documents when asked. Failure to complete verification may result in account restrictions or closure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on b444 are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). b444 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players:

Deposit Rules

All deposits must be made from a payment account or card that is registered in your own name. b444 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. b444 does not charge fees on deposits, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your b444 account, or to a verified account in your own name. b444 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed if there is an outstanding wagering requirement attached to a bonus balance in your account.

b444 processes withdrawal requests during standard business hours. While we aim to handle all requests as quickly as possible, processing times may vary depending on the payment method chosen and the volume of requests being handled at the time.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

b444 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your b444 account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a duplicate account is treated as bonus abuse and will result in both accounts being closed.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be played through before a withdrawal of related winnings is permitted. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in that promotion's terms.
• b444 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, will be voided and the associated accounts closed.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash directly without meeting the applicable wagering requirements.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on b444 — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets including PSL and T20 cricket, football, esports or any other category — are subject to the following general rules:

Bet Placement

A bet is considered confirmed and binding once you have received an on-screen confirmation of the wager. It is your responsibility to check that all bet details — selection, stake in PKR, odds — are correct before confirming. b444 is not responsible for bets placed in error.

Odds and Results

Odds displayed on b444 are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds that apply to your bet are those shown at the moment of confirmation. In sports betting, official competition results will be used to settle bets. If a match or event is cancelled or abandoned without a result, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport or event type, as detailed in the sportsbook rules section of the platform.

Voided Bets

b444 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, a manifest pricing error, or any other circumstance where the integrity of the market cannot be confirmed. Stake amounts from voided bets are returned to the player's account.

Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per day. These limits are displayed in the relevant section of the platform. b444 is not obliged to pay winnings that exceed the stated maximum payout limits.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on b444. Engaging in any of these will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account per player
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Using another person's payment method to deposit funds
• Any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions
• Using automated software, bots or any technical tool to interact with the platform in a way not intended for human players
• Exploiting bugs, errors or technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage — any such advantage gained must be reported to b444 immediately
• Money laundering, fraud, or any attempt to use b444 as a vehicle for financial crime
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or replicate any part of the b444 platform or its games
• Harassing, threatening or abusing b444 staff, support agents or other players

8. Account Suspension and Closure

b444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if we have reason to believe that:

• A player has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• An account has been used for fraudulent, deceptive or abusive activity
• A player has provided false information or failed to complete required verification
• A player is found to be under 18 years of age
• Continued access to the account poses a risk to the player's wellbeing, based on responsible gaming indicators
• b444 is required to do so under any applicable legal obligation

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting b444 support. Any genuine real-money balance remaining in a closed account — after deducting any applicable bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements — will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

9. Responsible Gaming

b444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the platform. Gaming should always be a form of entertainment. It should never be treated as a way to earn money, recover previous losses or solve financial problems.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the b444 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, download or distribute any part of the b444 platform or its content
• Modify, translate, adapt or create derivative works based on b444 content
• Use the b444 name, logo or branding in any context without prior written permission
• Frame, mirror or scrape the b444 website or any of its content

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, b444 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to unauthorised account access resulting from your own failure to secure your credentials
• Interruptions to the platform caused by scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party provider issues or force majeure events
• Errors in displayed odds or game results caused by manifest technical faults (bets placed on such errors may be voided)
• Decisions made by players based on information displayed on the platform

b444 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available, accurate and functioning correctly at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or perfectly secure access to the platform at all times.

12. Privacy and Data

b444 collects and processes personal data from players in order to operate the platform, verify identities, process transactions, manage accounts and communicate with players about their accounts and promotions.
